Do you have mats available for rent?

Yes, we have mats available for you to use during class for free. We do not charge for mat rentals. We also have a small selection of Jade Yoga Mats for purchase in studio.

Do you offer hot yoga?

No, we do not offer hot yoga classes. All of our classes take place at a comfortable room temperature (between 70-74, depending on the season). If you take a Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, or Katonah Yoga® class, don’t worry: you’ll still break a sweat if you want to!

What do I need to bring to class?

All you need to bring is yourself, in comfortable clothes you can move in, and anything you need to help yourself feel comfortable such as a bottle of water or layers for cooler days. We have hand towels available in the event that you want something to wipe up any sweat, and you’re welcome to bring your own towel as well. Mats and all props are available for use during all classes.

I’m running late. Can I still join class?

We do not allow late entries. The door locks when class begins. If it is your first time, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class to find us and get settled. We do this for the safety and comfort of our students and teachers.

What is your cancellation policy?

Clients can cancel or reschedule class reservations with no penalty up to 2 hours prior to class start time. All cancellations 2 hours or less prior to class are considered a late cancellation. 

Class package holders who timely cancel a class will have the class added back to their account for future use. Class package holders who late cancel or no-show will lose their class credit. Those with an Unlimited Membership who late cancel or no-show will be charged a $15 fee.

All class purchases are final sale, unless otherwise provided by law. Returns and refunds are not offered for any drop in classes, class packs, memberships, gift cards, workshops, trainings, or retail. Unworn, unwashed retail items with tags still attached may be exchanged within 30-days of purchase with receipt.

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree that you will not issue a chargeback for any payment made to Heart of Wisdom Yoga, including incidental  late-cancel and no-show fees, as you are fully aware of this Refund Policy and voluntarily consenting to it. Should you attempt to issue a chargeback, you may lose access to the services.

Class is full. Can I squeeze in?

If class is full, join the waitlist! You’ll automatically be added into class if a spot opens until 3 hours prior to class start time. After that open spots are first come first served.

Our cancellation and no show policy still apply to waitlist bookings, so you have until 2 hours before class to cancel your spot if you make it in off the waitlist and can no longer attend.

Where do I park?

Free parking is available in the lot reserved for The Square, which you can enter off 4th Ave N next to Abednego. It's the second lot on your left. The first lot is reserved for Henrietta Red only (but they're closed until 5 pm on weekdays, so do with that what you will...) There's also street parking and paid lots available too.

Are you hiring teachers and/or front desk staff?

No, we are not currently hiring for any roles on our team. If you’re interested in joining our team in the future, please fill out this form and we will reach out to you the next time we are hiring.
