Stretch your body.

Calm your mind.

Unheated yoga in the heart of Nashville.

Looking for your yoga home?

We’ve been there, too.

We understand how it feels to walk into a yoga studio for the first time and feel intimidated or out of place.

We understand how it feels to feel left out in a class where a pose just doesn’t work for you, or where you don’t quite know what’s going on, or where you feel like you’ve been left behind.

We offer yoga classes that are always made accessible to all bodies. Our thoughtfully sequenced, compassionately taught classes meet you where you are and help you build strength and flexibility – in both your body and your mind.

What Our Students Say

  • "What keeps me coming back is feeling included. In class I forget that I am out of shape and twice the age of most people in the room. Rather than feel inadequate, I can focus on my progress."

  • “Great class! I haven’t practiced yoga in a while and it was the perfect place for me. The space was beautiful and the instructor was welcoming and warm.”

  • “This was my first yoga class ever. I felt very welcomed and the environment was instantly relaxing. I usually have nervous energy but left feeling refreshed and looking into investing in a yoga mat. Would love to come back!”
