Hi! I’m Kim, and I'm here to help. I've seen a LOT in my 8 years as a fitness professional and 5 years as a studio owner. I’ve been through so many challenges with teaching, management, entrepreneurship, and business ownership in the past 8 years. And now I want to share my knowledge and experience with you.

I've written and led our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, taken over 800 hours of training, taught over 2,500 hours of yoga classes, supervised over 25 yoga teachers, and cared for hundreds of plants (and two dogs.) I've got a lot of knowledge to share, and I want you to use it! 

I believe a rising tide lifts all boats, and I love cheering on my peers. Seriously - I’ll be the first one to comment on your post or respond to your email when you announce something new! Need a friend to practice your mock class on? I’m there with bells on! (Not actually but you know what I mean.)

One of the most important gifts teaching has given me is connecting with others who are in the same field and have similar passions. I love supporting other teachers, helping you feel confident, and helping you find your unique gifts as a yoga teacher so you can share them with your community.

What you can expect: 

• We'll revisit your why and refill your well of inspiration

• We'll identify your areas of interest for further exploration

• We'll set goals and make an action plan for achieving those goals

We’ll also have fun and talk plants, dogs, coffee, and snacks - of course.
