Mikka Parrish
Mikka is a rare born and raised Nashville native and mom of 3 girls. She loves to teach and practice yoga and make it more accessible for any and everybody. She is a 200 hr CYT and has Baptiste, yin, restorative, and chair yoga training. She loves the use of breathwork and meditation when teaching to help us find that balance of rest and work. Mikka’s intention for teaching and practicing yoga is powerful: “I vowed to myself through this daily practice of yoga on and off the mat to be of love and connection everywhere I am, with myself and others. I hope everyone who enters any of my classes leaves feeling seen.”
