The Studio

Getting Here

Our studio is located inside Houston Station at 438 Houston Street, Second Floor. The Lab is in Suite 254 and the Studio is in Suite 225. Free parking is available in the Houston Station lot at 440 Humphreys Street, which is managed by Metropolis parking.
We offer validation for free parking in this lot for up to four hours.

How to park in the lot at 440 Humphreys Street:
1. Drive in, park, and scan one of the signs around the lot.
2. Start a parking session by entering your information, including payment method.
3. Scan our QR code in person once you arrive for 4 hours of free parking.
You will not be charged for parking up to 4 hours.

Street parking and paid Park Happy spaces are also available.
We do not validate parking in Park Happy spaces.

We are located on the second floor of the building; enter the door next to Earnest Bar & Hideaway and proceed to the right to head upstairs.

The Studio (Suite 225) is located directly above The North American Guitar Company. Once you get to the second floor, turn right out of the stairwell and make an immediate right into the first hallway. Continue straight through the double doors and we’ll be on your right.

Our second space, The Lab (Suite 254), is at the top of the stairs to your left.

Getting Settled

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to get checked in and settle into your spot in the yoga room.

We ask that all cell phones, watches, and fitness trackers are on silent during class.

For the security of our clients and staff, the front door locks when class begins, and we are not able to accommodate any late arrivals.
